Romantic Chocolate Milk Bath

Ingredients: 3 cups of whole milk, 5 tbsp. of fresh mint leaves, chopped, 3 tbsp. of raw cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of epsom salts and 1 cup of cornstarch.

 

Fill up your bathtub with water until it is 3/4 of the way full. In a  large bowl, mix all your ingredients together. Then, pour the liquid mixture into your bathtub. Enjoy your soak in the bathtub for at least 20 minutes, for soft, supple skin.

 

Milk and Honey Facial Scrub

Ingredients: 3 tbsp. of milk, 3 tbsp. of honey, 1 tsp. of raw oatmeal (crumbled).

 

Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl until they form a thick paste. Apply the mixture onto clean skin and massage for a few minutes with your fingers. Rinse off the facial scrub with luke warm water and a facecloth, and pat dry.

Milk Mask for Normal, Dry or Mature Skin

Ingredients: tbsp. of  full-fat milk and a 1/4 teaspoon of almond oil.

 

Mix the milk and almond oil together in a bowl. Apply a thin layer of this mixture to a clean face and allow to dry. Repeat this step three more times. Once the mask is hard after the fourth time, wash off with a facecloth and plenty of warm water.

Normal, Dry or Mature Skin Cleanser

Apply some whole milk gently to your face and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Oily skin cleanser

Apply some skimmed milk to your face and rinse thoroughly with water.

Honey, Cucumber Cleansing Milk

Ingredients: 1 chamomile tea-bag, 2 tbsp. of clear honey, 1 small cucumber (peeled and seeded), 1 tbsp. of whole milk.

 

Boil a cup of tea and leave the chamomile bag in the cup to steep and cool. Peel, seed and mash your cucumber. Strain out the pulp of the cucumber with a fork to retain the juice. Stir the honey into the cucumber juice and add the milk. Apply this mixture onto your skin using cotton or a washcloth. Use your chamomile tea or water to gently wipe the mixture off.
